Let's see.....a cut back 470 (fewer shaders, less memory and slower memory bus) for $10 less than a 5850.....hard choice.

I paid 229$ for my eVGA GTX260 SC mere weeks after its release... (-30$MIR, -30$ Instant Rebate, -30$ coupon; paid 250$ and got back 30$ in the mail shortly thereafter)

This GTX465 thing is way over priced. its not a bad chip, its just too expensive for what it gives you.
