Question GTX Titan - Is it WC fluid or not?

Hi, friends!

Thank you for reading my post, first of all.

I want to buy a GTX Titan, but I'm afraid with this stain on the pcb, showed in the attached picture.

Do you think it's residue from thermal pads or fluid from Water Cooling?

Please, note that the stain is not only in the vram area.

From that image, it looks like the silicone oil that leaks from thermal pads (which is normal).

But getting a "GTX Titan", those were launched in 2013 and would be nearly worthless now.
