GTX 970 Bottleneck or no?

Hey guys!

I currently have an i7 920 @ 3.2 Ghz, 6GB Ram(Triple Channel). I am currently running an GTX 560ti and was wondering I would experience bottleneck if I were to upgrade to a GTX 970.

Currently on the P6T Deluxe as well, so if someone can recommend me more/faster ram (from Amazon/Newegg Canadian)that would be awesome too!

I built this PC in 2009.
 
No, but for a good peace of mind try uping the clock speed on that i7.
