GTX 950 3D MARK LOW SCORE, FPS low etc.

Hello,
sorry for my English I am from Europe.
I bought my ASUS GTX950-M-2GD5 few weeks ago and I dont know why I am getting low score on my gtx 950 fire strike-3d Mark score. I have clean Windows 10 installed and all drivers updated, no virus etc..

And even when i look for someone to compare with my score. Usually that person get like 5700-6000 score. I got like 5300-5380 score when I am lucky one. So why i got this low score? I now that this card has little lower Gpu clock speed, but I dont believe it does that too much difference and even I can find someone whit same clock speed and that person get much more score. My fps in games is problem too, when i compare to someone with my card.
So what is going on with my card. Thanks for any help.

As I said I can compare with someone even worse spec then me on 3D Mark like worse CPU and same Ram and he got this higher score. What is wrong with this motherboard? I now its old but how can It affect score that much. And what do you mean its only 950.....

667X2=1333=correct, but slow for an fx-8300

Nevermind I looked again and they have similar score, usually they get better score because they have oc they 8300 processor, but can I ask another question? Why i have only 3600 GHz turbo boost on 3d Mark results. Is it because I have this old motherboard or I have low power supply? I have only 450W power supply.

It is probably the work load limiting you to the 3.6 speed.

You can also try setting Windows to High Performance mode.

I set my power plan option to high performance and still I get only 3600 Mhz turbo boost at 3D mark. Cant be problem somewhere in bios ? Something is wrong set or is it really my power supply? I got Cpu-Z screen if it helps somehow.

Nothing is wrong. Your CPU only boost to 3.6ghz. That is the maximum stock speed.

Not true. Have you look on AMD's page for that CPU? Max Turbo Core Speed is 4.2GHz.

Most likely culprits for the lack of turbo are motherboard protecting its VRMs or insufficient cooling.

Here is a decent list of AMD motherboard VRM setups, your motherboard isn't designed to handle a lot of power draw:

MSI in general had power delivery issues on anything less than their 970 gaming board, as the chart shows.

Try running the CPU-Z benchmark while watching the CPU speed with another program like Throttle Stop.

I think it may get to 4.2 with a lighter load.

Ok my temperature is around 49-50 ºC when I am playing assasins creed syndicate and cpu core speed never reach over 3.6 GHz and when I stress cpu in cpu-z same results.. Cpu core speed not reach over 3.6 Ghz

Looks right for a stock setup.

On the first screen, you can try changing the 3600 to 3700, just to see what happens.

Ok I set from 3600 to 3700 in Bios for try out and run 3d mark firestrike. Now 3d mark showing 3700 in maximum turbo core clock.
