Here is before the fan was put to max:

Now here is after fan is set to max:

As you see the higher fan speed lowers the voltage, which lowers the core clock, which gives lower fps. So higher fan speed = lower fps
But taking the fan speed makes the card heat up more and gets throttled down by the gpu boost.

Now should i flash my bios with this:
http://www.overclock.net/t/1393791/official-nvidia-gtx-780-owners-club

the problem is i tried but i couldnt get the NV flasher tool to boot on a flash drive because "its not recognised as an ms dos file" so i cant make a boot rom to flash my gpu to disable the boost. But has anyone tried that? does it actually disable the stupid boost that limits my card because i turn the fan up?

I have a 650 watt seasonic PSU and both 8 and 6 pins are connected to gpu. So it sint a power issue. This is single card not sli.
Im thinking it has somethng to do with that god awefull GPU BOOST that makes overclocking a livng hell since it offsets the OC setting to the gpu boost setting without allowing additional voltage.

If you are sure you have good enough airflow in your case, then you might want to look up how to unlock your GPU.

Don't worry so much about Furmark, It's the only program that decreases my overclock after time. Games run at the full speed.

How d i unlock my gpu? do i edit my bios? Games like bf4 do run at full speed its just i want to overclock and this whole boost thing messes it all up

use heaven/games to test as Deders said , furmark is usually neffed in nv drivers to protect the card.

Actually I think what I meant by unlocking effectively gives 6xx series cards the same boost as 7xx series cards, which you already have.

What does GPUz give as the reason for limiting the speed?

Also you can use Nv Bios Tweak from within windows. Much more convenient than having to go to a command prompt.
