So I am just wonder if I should upgrade to GTX 780 6GB.

I currently have GTX 680 SC+ in SLi. fairly happy with especially playing BF4.

But I wonder how much of different will I notice going from GTX 680 SLi to GTX 780 6B SLi.

my monitor is Dell U2913

You will notice a big difference from GTX 680 Sli to GTX 780 3GB SLI. But at 2560x1080, you won't need more than 3 GB.

In fact, I believe your GTX 680 SLI could be good for another year at 1080p.

Wait until Maswell

I agree with KaRLiToS. Unless there are games that you are suffering performance issues in, stand pat until next gen comes along.

These companies are just recycling the same stuff they've been peddling for years now trying to get us to spend again for old tech.

Similar situation, but I don't play games. Just video editing/re-encoding. 780Ti/SLI for me would be a big boost.
I hope you meant Maxwell and 2560x1440, not unless you meant a 2560X1080 monitor for gaming. 😉
