Nvidia told HardOCP that the overpriced 770 is sitting where it's at for now (I added overpriced, that wasn't their term).

NVIDIA has confirmed that the price of the GeForce GTX 770 is going to remain at $399 for now.

Personally I suspect there aren't that many uninformed buyers so they will be forced to drop prices. I could see sitting still with a slight price difference but not when you only have 2GB ram, equal performance, and a $100 premium. It will be interesting to see how long they try fleecing their customers.

To be clear, I have nothing against the 770 except the price.
