GTX 680 Question

Hi guys,

So I have a chance to purchase a used GTX 680 for $350. It's the stock EVGA model and I was wondering your thoughts in terms of price/performance at that value. Would I be better off purchasing something else brand new or should I pull the trigger? Thanks.

Rest of the system:

HAF 932
i5 750 @ 4.1 GHz
Corsair HX850 PSU
Gigabyte UD3P motherboard
12GB RAM
120GB SSD
GTX 260 216 core

I'd buy a new 670 that runs at better than GTX 680 clock speeds with a non-reference cooler for $360 before I would buy a used reference GTX 680 for $350. Unless of course you are planning on overclocking the GTX 680 I guess. . .
