Is this still a decent laptop card? Upgrading my Dell M6600 with (MXM 3.0) to one would cost me possibly ~$125. I know its Fermi and the 680m is much better (kepler) but that would also be 100's more.

Just looking for more solid performance with some fairly easy to run games (Dota 2, Sc2, Cities Skylines etc). The laptop has an i7 quad and 8GB of memory so I'd like to get rid of the current Quadro 3000m.
 
For 1366x768 (high)-1400x900(med), yes. Any other resolution, you're better off with an 860m with its lower power consumption (especially for a laptop).
