GTX 660 Ti core clock

I have the MSI GTX 660 Ti PE. On the newegg.ca website it shows the core at 915 MHz with a boost clock at 980. I've been gaming and using MSI Afterburner and the highest it's ever been is 706 MHz. What's happening here?

EDIT: Installed latest MSI Afterburner version and seems to have fixed it.
