GTX 660,Icons move after closing any game

Gtx 660, 55 inch lg 4k tv connected hdmi through yamaha rx-v481 connected to card via hdmi port, 22 inch lg ips monitor connected to display port with hdmi through adapter. All games set to 1920x1080 @ 60hz, as are same settings used through nividia/win 10 pro. After close any pc game icons all move to upper left quadrant of screen along with u torrent box which normally is set across top half of screen shrinks to half screen also occupying upper left quadrant. Have used 3 different tvs and three monitors with different connectors, all have same result, even used rx-v673 at one point. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
