It's doing fine, but looking to upgrade. New card or buy another an run SLI? or some other solution?
Thanks tons all.

Definitely don't go SLI. That's an old card, i have one myself sitting in the closet. Too slow and very little VRAM.

It would help to know what the rest of your system specs are first so we can more accurately suggest a new card.

Depending on your budget i'd go with a GTX 1050 Ti 4GB card (around $139-$159) or a GTX 1060 6GB card (around $239-$279).

Either one is a big upgrade from that old 650 card. But yeah, you're probably due for a system overhaul in the very near future.

Totally agree.
Just as an aside, I'm amazed how well this has aged. I remember when the 286 then 386 then 486 ... those were huge upgrades.
I'm running everything I need to just fine with something that it 6 years old ... that's amazing.

Not willing to put a lot into upgrades -- better just replacing all -- but would you add another 3x2gb ram? seems to be about euro 65.

Don't buy that MSI version, it's got 2 tiny fans so it'll probably be loud. Get the EVGA one for just a little more:

And for the ram, yeah, your really want 8GB or more of ram today. So upgrading from 6GB to 12GB should be perfect.
