Man...that's pretty ridiculous that a stock card using multiple driver revisions won't even stay stable. I wonder if it isn't just the GTX 570 having issues in itself. Like there's a whole slew of cards with various issues out there?

Sucks man...hope you get things sorted out.

It's not just with the 570's......my 560Ti had the same problems with the two latest driver packages from Nvidia, but the crashes were more constant when using Firefox as a browser.

The driver crashing problem is so bad that on Nvidia's forum, they're seeking people to send in problematic cards for testing.....I took them up on the offer and pulled my 560Ti for an ATi card---which completely fixed all the driver crashing without making any other changes to my system.

Problem narrowed down. Issue was the motherboard. I was trying another graphics card and was getting similar issues in a less severe way. I think it must have been the PCI-E lanes on the EVGA motherboard... manifested more severe problems with the 570 card.

Got a new motherboard and CPU and my 275 card works just fine. Just waiting on the 570 card to get back now... but surprised that it was the motherboard...
