Hey hey,

Just setting up my new gpu and on the card is an 8pin connector and a 6 pin connector.

My corsair tx650w psu supplies me with two 6 pin +2 adaptor connectors.

Now my card came with an adaptor that connects to the 8pin on the card and at the other end has two 6 pin connectors for the psu.

Do i want to use both 6 pins from my psu to the adaptor for my gpu 8pin?

Thanks so much for the help

You dont need the adapter that came with the card. Just use the PSUs two 6+2 pin to connect directly to the card.

The 6+2 pin connectors from the psu work fine in either a 6 pin or 8 pin connector on a card, I would just use those.

Boman744, don't start a new thread every time you run into a problem installing this card.
