Which is the best one? when it comes to benchmarks and Maxed graphics settings to the latest games? Let's Just say each of these cards are from EVGA and they're the highest factory clocked that you can find. because I find it confusing that the 448 560Ti has a lower frequency on everything as compared to the regular 560 Ti... which is something I noticed in higher end cards. I don't get it and though you can OC them, why do they come with a low frequency to start with? say the best DS superclocked 560 Ti is clocked at 950MHz which it is from EVGA and that's stock. Then there's the 448 at 775MHz? or something like that.. I mean sure it has more cores. But it's something I've always asked myself.

yeah, nVidia went and decided they'd try and trick us with improper naming scheme yet again

the 570 and 560Ti 448 are both based on the same GPU, the GF110, which is the flagship Fermi part, albeit each tad further cut down from what is in the 580 (448 version is 448 shaders 56 TMUs, and 40 ROPs vs. the 570's 480 shaders, 60 TMUs, and 40 ROPs, vs. the 580's 512 shaders, 64 TMUs, and 48 ROPs)

the 560 Ti is based on the GF114, which is a different GPU.

Really the 560 Ti 448 should have been labeled more something like the GTX565

That being said the 570 is definitely the best of the bunch, and although a 950MHz 560Ti should be performing very close to a stock 560Ti 448, I'd still go with the 448 as it would have more potential with overclocking, and it also has superior memory bandwidth and buffer size (1280MB vs. 1024MB, that is unless the 560Ti you're considering is a 2GB version)

GTX 570 ia the fastest but with only 1280mb of RAM it can be RAM starved but I wouldn't worry about it. At 1080p it's definitely the best choice. For 2560 all of the cards are too slow, so even if 560Ti 2Gb wouldn't be RAM starved at that resolution it would still be too slow.
