Hey guys!

I just have a question about the GTX 560Ti
Does it requires the 2x6 pin connection or can go with single?
Or should i replace the PSU?

Thanks to everyone!

Edit: Current PSU is a Raptoxx RT-600 C

I have a zotac gtx 560 ti and it requires 2x 6 pin connectors to run!!

you cant run it with one!!

Also get a good quality psu like corsair or antec!! but i guess your psu will do the job!!

Or if i get a Molex to 6 Pin Adapter will it slows down the GPU's performance or it does not matter?

It depends on the quality of the power supply, but you should not take a risk for a few $ because Psu is the life of the system. I have seen a lot of cheap Psu's of 700w-800w, they serve the purpose but at the risk of ruining other devices. The life of your system will decrease with cheap psu's.

I have not heard of the Psu that you are using so i can't say anything and i am no expert. But you should get a good quality psu may be of less power like 500w instead of a cheap psu of 600w.

It wont slow down or anything, but at peak power of the system it may or may not affect the system as a whole.

May be your games might crash while playing.

Dunno about molex.. wait for an expert to answer that!!

The molex to 6 pin conversion process itself should not slow down the GPU at all. However, if the power supply can't deliver the power then that could cause problems.

The specs of your PSU says it has two +12v rails at 14A a piece, but I can't find what the combined amperage is. The PSU seems pretty sketchy and not that good to me. I'd suggest getting a new PSU, as a 560 Ti can exceed the 14A that a single rail puts out.
