Looks like performance in between a gtx 285 and 5850 for the most part.

One thing that stood out is 891 core overclock and same power usage as a 5870. Also 79c running furmark with a 100 core overclock.

280$ is a little much for this card (even with a free copy of Just Cause 2), 230$ would be nice.
Still faster then the gtx275/5830 but you pay 50$ more.

Where did he test gaming performance @ 891 core?

Otherwise, this sounds like a really nice card at the moment. I particularly like how it shares the same stock cooler as the 470 GTX.

I dont think he did yet. but someone asked him what the card maxed out at and on the first page he showed a screen shot at 891 core.

Damn. I knew it would be a great overclocker. 2 of those at 850 should beat a 5970.

I'd say the jury is still out until we get a better review. From what I saw there though, I wouldn't buy one. :\

Some of those benchmarks are great, some are disappointing. I still think it should be around $249. Like many have said, the 5850 is only $10-20 more, performs better, and likely overclocks better.

This guy says he didn't sign an NDA and reveals the 465 specs.

This Monday NVIDIA will announce GeForce GTX 465. Since I didn’t sign any NDA and since I am not getting any kind of support anyway, here are the basic specs: 352 processors, 44 texture units, 607 MHz core clock, 1,215 MHz shader clock and 802 MHz (2,206 MHz QDR) memory clock. The card will have 1 GB GDDR5 memory with a 256-bit interface.

He seems to have an axe to grind. :D

So why is it that Newegg has these in stock before the actual release? Is Nvidia trying to make up for the fact that the GTX 480 and GTX 470 were paper releases?

maybe somebody a newegg posted them early so they could have the weekend and memorial day off.
