GTX 460 issues on 1080p monitor

Hey guys, I have a GTX 460 1GB and im having a issue where at 1080p it cuts off all the sides of my screen off. Not sure why it does this as my 5850 never had this issue. Ive tried a few things in the NV Control Panel but so far no go. Anyone have a clue?
 
Does your monitor control panel have an option to toggle between "PC mode" and "A/V or TV mode"?

Is the proper resolution selected?

Are your monitor's drivers properly installed?
