GTX 460 flickering desktop

I just upgraded to a Gigabyte GTX 460 and noticed that the desktop flickers when running anything intensive such as Unigine Heaven or MSI Kombustor. I'm using the latest drivers from nV. I'm at stock and it only seems to happen in windowed mode.

Anybody else have this problem?

EDIT: That's weird...I upped the speed to 800MHz core at stock volts and it seems to be fine now?? Wth?
