I've got a Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3l motherboard (PCIE 16x, not 2.0), along with an overclocked Q6600, 4 GB of DDR800 RAM, and a Raptor. I run games at 1920x1200.

Would a GTX 280 be limited by the bandwidth of PCIE 16x, or would I be able to take full advantage of the card?

Bandwidth limited ?

Umm no. It will run fine in a PCI-e 16x slot.

Awesome. I don't know much about those darn PCIE slots, some people say 2.0 is useless, others say something else...

I shouldn't need any power adapters if I have two PCIE 6+2 pin connectors, right (Corsair 750W)?
