GTX 280, how long is the card exactly?

my case is tight, i have exactly 10 1/8 inches for video card length

i read once it was 10.5 inches...can anyone confirm for sure?

From Nvidia's site, so this would be valid for reference cards only. Which I think everything out now is:

Height 4.376 inches (111 mm)
Length 10.5 inches (267 mm)
Width Dual-slot

i think the 8800GTS 512MB was the last nVidia card ever to be able to fit in my case.

crap, just a tad too long
really wanted that card too, my 7900gtx is getting stale.

my case is acrylic, i could suppose, cut a section out so the end of the card hangs out but might look funky.
