Ok i bought two gtx 260 off a guy.
Installed one video card and worked for about hour then turned off the computer.
Then turned on the computer the next morning and the computer boots up but no video and the fan spins 100%. I can even hear the windows welcome, i have onboard video so with the video card still in i plug it into the onboard and get video.
Now with the second card i bought works just fine been gaming on it and its great.

Is the card dead? Just lost not sure what's going on.
The computer is a brand new build and i used a bfg 550watt gs power supply.
I know that's not the best ps its the cheapest one i have ever used on a build.

Thanks

Try the card that isnt working in another computer and see what happens. If it does the same thing I would say there is something wrong with it.
