That link says for 220V only. So, if you do actually live in North Carolina, it's a no go.

it may be able to run it, the 36 A is the max u would need , like overclocked proc, many hard drives and many other things in ur PC .

I think it will easily run a HD4850 or GTX 260 .

Yeah, the 36A recommendation is highly overstated in order to cover weak PSUs or a large number of other components. A typical system with that card will use more like 20A or less. Although at the same time, I'm not sure what Gigabyte PSUs are like.
