GTx 260 @ 720p for guildwars 2?

Will the Gtx260 be good enough for Guildwars 2 @ 720p? Should I upgrade to a 7850? Your thoughts ladies and gentlemen.

Don't know what Durvelle27 is trying to say but the spec page he linked is rediculous and not accurate. OP you should defiantly upgrade that old dinosaur GTX 260 cause Guild Wars 2 among most other games is a gonna be a mess running on that old thing.

I have gtx260 and I played Guild Wars 2 beta event 3 with 1920x1200 resolution. All went smoothly with slider put on performance. With slider on best graphic quality (??) it stutter little with lots of people on screen. But even on performance graphic is great. Rest of comp is Intel core duo E8400 with 4 GB RAM.

Wait until the game is released to make any decisions. Last beta event the game was not even close to being finished with optimization and driver support was also not there. No one knows how certain cards are going to preform yet. Your card will be good enough to get you started until there are some worthwhile benchmarks to look at to decide what card is worth upgrading to.
