Hello. I am getting weird problem with my 1080 Ti. During 3dmark ,Unigine or Mass Effect Andromeda my clocks are very jumpy. Something like this: 1760-1700-1650-1550-1650-1550mhz etc etc. It dropping random to 1550's and going up again. GPU TEMP are 83-84C.

Of course i dont have fps drops, but i want to be sure that my card is ok.
Card is 1080 Ti FE stock clocks, stock fan settings . Thank you

Your card is fine.

Rather than running at a fixed speed, nVidia's Turbo Boost 3.0 clocks the card at speeds which allow it to maintain certain power and temperature targets. Most cards use a default temperature target of 83C, so you are hitting it. There is software like PrecisionX that will allow you to increase this temperature target, software can also allow you to increase your fan speed curve to keep lower temps. Alternatively, aftermarket cooling can also be installed to keep your card cooler (e.g., an Arctic Accelero Xtreme or EVGA Hybrid Kit watercooler)

yea it trottling cause high temperature ,,put in some 120mm vents in case to blow hot air out
and or one that blow air on back of card to cool it more ....
or just get aftermarket cooler for it that will hold on oc base longer/stable ,1600+
