in the techpowerup review gts450 SLI is14% faster than a gtx460 and about 4% slower than a gtx470. sounds about right and the gtx460 is certainly still the better deal. gts450 SLI costs over 20% more for only 14% more speed and will always be dependent on sli working and scaling almost perfectly. again anybody buying gts450 sli over a single gtx460 would not be making the best decision.
