is there a noticable difference on a p3 800 @ 192 ram

Noticible, I'd say no. The GTS is obviously faster, but if the difference is between 95 fps, and 82 fps, you won't tell. That is unless, you play at very high resolutions such as 1600x1200. There you may tell. Better yet, check out Anand's review
