The level where you have to blow up the 3 trucks then the 2 moving cars, then land.

I do everything perfectly but I only end up gettin 65% max. Why?

To get 100% you have to finish in 1:20 and take no damage. If you take longer than 1:20 or take damage, your score goes down from there.
