I've read in different forums that there are reports of Nuuvem keys being region locked, even without a region lock warning. Though if a purchased key doesn't work, you could probably get a refund.

Off course. For gtaV its clearly mentioned that I can only be redeemed in a Brazilian acc. But once redeemed can be used anywhere. I have helped many to get cheaper games from nuuvem. I have a way to get ppl there keys redeemed without problem.
