when using the codes i know that if you save the game while they're on you aren't able to get 100% completion

does that only go into effect if you save the game or will just enabling them screw it over too?
 
I had the same issue with Vice City...I turned on this code to turn all of my flunkies into bikini clad women with M4s, and I wasn't able to do the final missions 🙁
 
yeah i had everything done except the unique jumps in vice city, it wouldn't give me the last 3 no matter how many times i did them

i figured ElFenix was trying to tell me to post it in the software and apps forum... so i did, no replies yet 🙁

Those unique jumps can be a pain to get credit for, did you try to get as much rotation as possible?

Those unique jumps can be a pain to get credit for, did you try to get as much rotation as possible?

naw i don't think they go for rotation

just hight and distance
 
I'm under the impression if you enable, disable, then save, you're still dinged for using the cheat, even though it is not active at time of save. I think loading a save will clear the "cheatsUsed" bit so that you can save safely. If you're paranoid (and I would be if going for 100% in SA, VC took long enough), reset the PS2 after using a cheat.
 
on cheatcc.com they say that if you use codes more than about 765 times then you aren't able to complete the game
