GTA IV Uninstall problem

This is preventing me from uninstalling, I'm trying to fix a problem with my game and the only way, from how I see it, is to re-install.

I need to uninstall this. What must I do to get it done. Thanks

You have unlimited installs, this isn't an EA game... 😛

He may have unlimited installs but (I'm his brother) - he is unable to reinstall this game until this current error goes away. The only options he has is to modify or repair the installation. Doing both does not reinstall the full game, only the extra crap that was included. (Media Support Files, C++ Redistributable, DirectX, Social Club)

Try uninstalling it in Safe Mode. I don't know if that will solve your problem but it's worth a shot.

Vista? Runs as administrator? That's all I got.

Vista? You can right click the GTAIV icon in Games explorer and "Revoke License" before uninstalling...
