GTA IV & NV Surround

Wonder if anyone has fixes for GTA IV and Surround - I've got rid of the graphics error messages by using -norestrictions but the main game screen (maps, settings, etc) appears stretched out on all three monitors, making it - especially the map - really difficult to see.
