that is retarded that they are banning people for streaming something they have obtained legally (considering ps4 and x1 aren't hacked yet).

It is against their ToS to stream videos / games that aren't out yet, as I believe, they could get in trouble for breaking an embargo on showing footage. And, they have new rules about broadcasting sexually suggestive content (girls can't be in bikinis anymore, nor can males not wear shirts), including games. GTA5 is filled with the kind of "filth" that would get you banned for doing on Twitch.

I find it funny that anyone streaming GTA 5 next gen on Ustream or Twitch are getting banned considering the game already exists on previous gen, there were a ton of people streaming CoD Adv Warfare a week or so before it released and no one got banned.

I saw numerous people get banned for streaming cod aw. It really only happens on twitch and normally when they get to 1,000 viewers.

I'm in the same boat. I'd love to play the game in FPS mode, but *only* if there's a setting to go back to third person automatically when you get into a car. Guess we'll wait and see.

From a lot of the early reviews of first person mode, they're claiming it's very customizable. I know it was mentioned that you can go back to 3rd person mode when you go into cover behind an object, I would imagine the same can be done for when you're driving.

Except, it isn't. Releasing early is frowned upon by publishers. And, they will take it out on Twitch. So, rather than even attempt to deal with it, Twitch just bans the channels.

I already had GTA 5 PS4 preordered and had no idea about first person mode until yesterday, this has me even more eager to get the game and you can do all sorts of things in that game!

Also for PC, we'll just have to wait and see how many issues it'll have like the typical past PC verison of GTA's, R* always jinxes the PC versions.

Huh? GTA III, Vice City, and San Andreas were all way better on PC than any of the consoles. Maybe GTA IV had a lousy port (never played it on PC), but who cares how much you polish a turd anyways?

GTA IV was a HORRIBLE port. It was seriously really bad, needed insane specs and was buggy as hell.

Yup... according to their circular, that started this week. They may have been doing it with preorders before, but it's called out in this weeks paper specifically this week. So you should be able to trade it in and pick up the new one same visit.

I think it's for both. I have both systems so now I don't know what system I'll get it for.

Even if I had both systems, I'd get it for Xbox One, as that is where my friends would be. And, even though I don't plan on playing multiplayer, being able to party chat with them is nice.

Yea I have more people on ps4 and none on Xbox as I just got it. But then again I don't think my friends will double dip on it. Good thing I kept the last gen version now I just have to get it back from my friend that is borrowing it.

So it sounds like if you trade in the ps3 or 360 versions you'll get a coupon that'll be good for either the ps4 or XB-one versions. You can flip-flop to your hearts content.

Well i haven't played gta5 since 2013 and i got hit with the transfer character bug. I log into the site and see my character and all my info but when i try to transfer it on my PS4 i get this message.

I'm a little pissed off. I looked it up online and people are getting the same thing if they haven't played since 2013. People even saying they created a new player and were going to wait til it got fixed and the pre order bonus was awarded to the new character even tho they didn't download it from the psn store.

I wanted to go online and goof off then let my girl play the story when she got home from work. She never played the single player and I know she would like it. I knew something would happen with this game online, hell when it first launched on ps3 my character randomly disappeared like 3 times and I lost a lot of stuff.

The touch pad on the PS4 toggles between views. I'm glad that I waited for this generation to pick up the game seeing that there character transfer issues.

Loving the game, aiming down sights in FPS takes some getting used to as it feels slippery, worse than default settings in BF4 console version and turning off auto aim helped a bit. But love driving the cars in FPS, almost like I'm playing Test Drive or something, except the steering is way too sensitive so gotta get used to that too (no settings to change it).

I too created a new character online but didn't get the preorder reward yet.

If online will be a factor for you, then go PS4- from what I read there's practically 25 PS4 to 1 XB1 sales or something around that projected number.
