GTA 5 - Freeze/Crash

Hi guys,first off all I want to say that I did a lot of researching of this problem,tried a lot of things to fix it but nothing helps.

Uninstalled Antivirus
Updated drivers
Made a lot changes in game settings (even set option to directX 10)
V-Sync ON/OFF
Lowering settings

Nothing helps,game crashes within 5 minutes as I start in city,this is by far the only game with problem since I bought my brand new GPU 1 week ago,other games like: Far Cry 4,Wolfenstein Old Blood,Project Cars,WOT,Dying Light - All of them run smoothly and nice with 80+ FPS with almost everything ultra.

I know that it's not the thing that GPU can't handle,because before crash I have 70-80 fps in city with everything ultra,so I will put the picture in here with the error message so maybe you guys can solve the problem.

P.S I read somewhere that this problem is due to some program interfering with gta,but I don't run anything when I play.
P.S.S BTW,my psu is almost 4 years old and only 700w,maybe that is the problem ?

15.9 beta release log mentions GTA V problems, maybe that is what you have but I am not sure.

I think I found the fix: the problem kinda was in virtual memory I guess... I checked the box - automatically manage paging size for all drives and it kinda helped,is this setting now will influence on something else or it's ok to leave it like that ? maybe i should write page size manually ?? thanks in advance

I usually set the swap space to a fixed size of 2GB.
