GT8400M or x3100

Planning to buy a new laptop but i was struggling with the option of graphic card.
GT definitely providing better graphic and gaming experience but X3100 battery can last longer and cooler.

Any suggestion?
 
i'd just get the x3100. a 8400M is pretty slow as it is, i believe thats slower than a 8300GS desktop card, so its pretty much useless anyway and uses up 10 watts or so
 
Depends what you are going to use the laptop for and what games.....I'd just get the X3100- I recently just got one and has been smooth sailing for me in linux.
