GT6600 -- Not enough power

I'm getting a message when I boot up my PC that there is not enough power to sufficiently run my GT6600 video card, and that it will run at reduced settings to compensate for this. I have a pretty big PSU though, an Antec Trueblue 480w.

Everything currently connected to the system:
epox 8rda+ mobo
Athlon XP 2600+
Thermaltake Volcano 9 heatsink
2x256 Corsair PC3200 XMS
80gb 7200rpm WD HD
120gb 7200rpm WD HD
GT6600
Leadtek TV Tuner card
Liteon 8x DVD Burner
Sony cd burner
5 x 80mm case fans hooked up through a baybus
120mm blowhole

Is this too much stuff for a 480w PSU?

What exactly is the message.

Try disconnecting all unnecessary drives/fans etc to see if that makes a difference.
If not, then run the machine barebones and see if that does it.
Did you connect a molex to the GT6600?
