GT3: S License.....HOW!?

iv got the first two just under 2 hours, maybe longer. now im on the 3rd track,i probably spent over an hour on this track alone, you need a 1:56:000, ive gotten as low as 1:56:454. I am so close yet so far away!! are there any cheats or anything so i can get the S license?! im losing my mind
 
bah i probably hit the brake 3 times that whole track and i dont hold it down very long, except when you come out of that straight away and theres the big turn.
 
dont have GT3 so i might be wrong but if the format is same as GT1 and GT2, there should be a demo or a movie that shows u how they've done it.
study it and learn when and how much to brake.
