GT240 / HD5570 in an Asrock 4coredual Sata2.0

Hi, I am a basic PC builder and I need to get a new video card.

I am wondering if anyone can tell me if a GeForce GT240 and/or a HD5570 are compatible in an Asrock 4coredual-Sata2 mobo.

I am price limited to $100aus (no chance of going even $5 over) and these card seems to be the best in my price range.

I am also considering a 9800Gt however it is just over my price limit, but I may be able to talk the price down.

Any advice is appreciated, but remember my price limit is hard and not negotiable.

p.s I want a card that I can use in my next mobo upgrade in a couple of months.

Yes, either card should work fine. They're both PCI-Express cards and will happily work in that board's PCI-Express 16x slot.
