GT220 vs 9500gs

My friend is upgrading from a 9500 gts to a gt260, and offered to sell me his 9500 gs for 20$, I was going to do it but from what I have been reading it seems my gt 220 is better than the 9500gs. Is this the case?

If not what is the difference between the 2 cards?
 
$20 is a waste of money for that card. Save the $20 and stick with what you have, or add $10-15 more and you can find a used 8800 or 9800 or a 250 with more than double the performance.
