GT-R Stage 2 vs Jeep Cherokee SRT8

Since the Jeep has 100HP+ over the GT-R, it makes me wonder what would happen if the Jeep's same overall power was in a more aerodynamic frame.
 
The Jeep won the 1/4 mile... I'm impressed. I guess aero caught up with it and slowed it down in the full 1 mile run.

It probably ran out of gas 😀

Modded to hell like that, probably getting ~.5MPG or something during a run like that.

I've watched the video, yet I can't see a moment when the Jeep actually was ever ahead of the GTR.

Anyone know?

It is not a race, the timer starts when the car begins to move. as LTC said.. GTR launched a bit earlier than the Jeep, but jeep had quicker 1/4 time.
 
There's an SRT8 here at work with a Hennessy badge on it. Assuming it's more than just the badge, I'd love to see that thing opened up.
