GSM outage?

Hey there everyone. Anyone experiencing an outage with their GSM phones right now? I'm with Cingular in Nashville, TN. 2 of my phones are GSM and they can't make or receive calls. A third TDMA phone works fine. I know they've been down at least a couple of hours.

Cingular in Boone, NC and I'm currently getting signal and have been getting signal for the entire evening as far as I can tell.
 
I work for Cingular and the state of MS is up 🙂 .... sometimes we do total area black out during software upgrades and site reconfigs etc.... should just be for the night hang tight..... unless of course your cell phone died. I am a cellular Field engineer if you care. looks like a switch problem Im guessing ... good luck!
