Gskill or SuperTalent

personal preference: G.Skill between the two. supertalent has become popular recently due to being real cheap. but i've heard of g.skill from way back.

not overclocking... so either will probably be fine. get the cheaper or with better warranty

another vote for g.skill here, used to be big OCZ fanboy till i bought the ones in my signature on recommendation from friend. not the least bit sorry i did

I'm using 2x2GB of SuperTalent that's working just fine, but G.Skill's a good brand too.

Three factors. Price / Customer Service / Your opinion of the brand
I've never bought supertalent but if the price was the best, I'd jump on it. Price is my biggest determining factor, but for my builds I'd prefer it to be a pretty known name, if I was to build a budget PC for someone, I'd go PQI or whatever.

With most high end memory chips coming from micron (as long as they are the same chip) there will be little difference in different modules other than the brand name, binning, heat sinks, customer service and warranty.

agree with ninja and DSF. I think branding is about all u get, and i've used and oc'd supertalent 2x1gb 800mhz modules.

they performed alright and took 2.4 volts for an extreme oc i was doing.

I'd say they are on par with any other ram. however, g.skill has a good rep and good history.
