I have had my Verizon GS3 for a while now, and I haven't had any issues. But the past couple times I have left town, the service has been very poor. The areas I have been going to have coverage. I have family members with my exact same phone on Verizon, and they get service, where as I am not getting anything. After reading around a bit on the internet, I have restarted the phone. Still not good.
After reading a bit more, there were people who got their sim cards replaced and it fixed the problem. Well, I went to get that done, but they wouldn't replace my sim card cause they can't find anything wrong. Of course they wouldn't cause they have perfect service inside the Verizon store. I tried a couple different stores.
Does anyone know how to get this accomplished? I couldn't talk the tech into coming to my family's place to see for himself, cause he was "working".
