that focker is the seediest crooked analyst..still having a buy rating when worldcom was below $5

anyone see him being chased by the cnbc reporter on the streets when this whole thing was coming down, saying he is innocent...grrrrr!

the thing that really sucks is he probably will only spend a 1 or 2 in jail. and his fines will be paid with crooked money..some enron employee needs to go postal on him. fastau and skilling ...your next!

She is t he little princess of some famous media lawyer who ran over 16 people in the Hamptons last year. It was front page news here in NYC.

She was all drunk and blamed it on her Mercedes jeep then tried covering it up.
 
Grubman the analyst last i heard still has not pleaded guilty and maintains the fact that he had no idea the company was going under, yadda yadda.

Wow she gets sentenced to 2months in jail for running over 16 people? I'd run over 16 people I hate for 2 months in jail.
 
It was a passing glimps, but one of the local news stations was trumping the story with the angle that "prison" could've been some country club-esque center to promote alcohol free lifestyles... or something. I didn't bother watching it but I wouldn't put it past her to be holed up in some posh little place like that.
