OMFG OMFG.

STUPID STUPID STUPID.

6 different times i've called and 6 different times they've transferred me to the wrong fvcking department.

they keep sending me to PIN and not ONLINE SERVICES.

WTF is wrong with them. Everytime i get a CS REP i tell them ONLINE SERVICES, I NEED TO RESET MY PASSWORD and the fvcking moron sends me to PIN again.

FVCKING IDIOTS.

i've wasted 15 minutes of my life for nothing.

finally got thru and the FVCKING MORON claims i've never registered. after 10 more minutes of haggling, SURE ENOUGH, I HAD ALREADY REGISTERED.


PLUS THEIR FVCKING PHONE SYSTEM IS FOR CRAP.

OMFG, this VOIP CRAP SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE USED BY CS REP THAT CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH WELL.

Why don't you tell them you are having a problem with their website? Password implies PIN for the majority of people.

seriously. i needed to buy some airplane tickets for $3000 but only had $2900 in credit on my card. i call them up and asked, and they gave me an authorization for the tickets. i couldn't do that with any other credit card i carry.

on a related note, chase sucks.

if i ask for online services, they should send me to ONLINE FVCKING SERVICES and not PIN reset. the fact that i mentioned password should not influence their decision as i ASKED for online services.

Well, I know that they outsource their Blue card CS, so that's why I was asking. I have heard they are planning to switch back, however. I think Green Card has a mixture of US/Indian as does Gold. Platinum and Centurion have straight US. I haven't talked to India in a LONG time, nor do I get stupid reps. I've had nothing but good service.

Let me see if I can find the Executive Services number -- complain to them about what happened and they will probably give you a statement credit, some MR points, or even help on the annual fee. You can also find it on Creditboards.com. Just search for Amex Ivory Tower or Amex Executive/Executive Offices.
