Got this new Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse 2.0 and evertyime I go to scroll up and down on a webpage, the page jumps around and stutters. The only way around it is to press the wheel button for autoscroll and use that. I updated to the latest Intellimouse 5.5 software. Still does it. Any suggestions?

I had this problem a few days ago... but mine is fixed by rolling the wheel on my wireless keyboard lol.... Didn't know it happened with just the mouse too. BTW it happens all the time... at least once a week... its annoying as hell...

What did you expect from Microsoft? 😛

Sounds like it might be the way that mouse scrolls. Who knows, maby you're just better getting a different mouse?

Dang, even tried moving the recievers USB plug from the monitors' USB hub to the PC and put the reciever right next to the mouse. Still get the jitter.

Actually most of Microsoft's Mouses and Keyboards are pretty much top of the line... I am waiting for Logitech to step up and make something that feels as solid and reliable... btw you might try downgrading to 5.0... I just noticied it lately say past 3 months...
