I really don't understand what you are mad about.

You said that the gas station had no bathroom. So why are you saying/acting as if they had one and didn't let you use it?

Man, when I was a kid and we were road trippin through Nebraska or something and I had to go like a mofo, we'd just pull it over to the side of the road. I piss in public long before I piss myself. 😀

Why you backed down I have no idea. Nothing would deter me if my 6 year old had to go. And you are "thinking" about writing a letter. That's lame. Call the corporate office and speak to the highest up suit you can. Not only will those douche bag skanks get fired, but you'll probably get some free shite too.

I have to agree here. Poor customer service is totally unacceptable. I just got back from dinner, and the meal was great. The service, however, sucked. I'm about to call the manager and tell him that he's likely lost a customer. I'd have said something about it to the waitress, but I was paying with a card. I always hate to make a stink when my credit card number is out there.

Should have pulled over, maybe some bushy area, and let the guy pee. Peeing into the wind or aiming at a tree or bush is great! There's no splash-back action, as long as the wind does not change direction on you.

It's not the responsibility of everyone else in the world to take care of your son's bladder. Maybe she was rude, but it's not her fault your son can't hold it.

There are laws that say you have to let customers use your bathroom
I'd love to see a law like that, especially about gas stations. I really doubt such a law exists. Even if it does, you have to actually buy something to be a customer.

I dont think he's blaming the girl for his son's accident. He's blaming her for being rude, which she was in my opinion

If you're out in the middle of nowhere, find a tree. If you're in town, certain establishments are required to provide public bathrooms (atleast here in OR).

What do laws about having to let customers use your bathroom have to do with anything? They didn't have a bathroom...

I guess the company pays to have super-large bladders implanted on it's employees.

7 yo kid could have pissed anywhere... no self-respecting cop would give you a ticket for an emergency. And if one did the damn judge would have tossed it out. I cannot believe you just let him piss himself so what if there are apartments behind the place do you really think anyone would have seen and if they had do you think they would care? And why do you care if they do see, its a 7 year old for gods sake. Poor kid had to wet himself because his father is a paranoid wuss.:|

edit.. oh I don';t think there is a law in any state requiring a gas station to have a restroom... maybe a resturant but not a gas station.

right...they have a bathroom. There has to be a bathroom in the building. The only way you dont have to have a bathroom is if you share a building and there is one connected to your store.

I ran a restaurant for a long time. They are the same laws that apply to gas stations. You learn the laws if you are a good mananger and make sure your employees know the law. Above all they should be helpful, especially if there is a little boy jumping up and down holding his frontal area!

In the city of Los Angeles there is no law against public urination. The only thing they can get you on is indecent exposure but if you go behind a dumpster hopefully no one will see you 🙂

For those wondering it's usually in the building code that any public building contain restroom facilities. Especially any place that sells food or drink. I haven't met a gas station since I was a child that didn't have food or drink for sale.

man, you don't make any sense. First you say there's no bathroom in the place, and then now you do. You trying to confuse us?
