Grrr. . . not wanting to take back faulty merchandise

episodic

Lifer
Bought a pair of Dr. Shcholls 'gellin' shoes. The front arch collapsed. I wore them 1 day. It rained that day, so the shoes did get a little dirty.

Went to take em back today and get a refund, and they would not do it, said I had to see a manager later.

Farkers. . .

Just the store's way of making it more difficult to get a refund, IMO. The more hurdles they put up the less likely the store is to have to issue you a refund.

I did, but it is still obvious they were used. The person on duty in the shoe department said, "I can't put those on the shelf and resell those" - I was like naaaa, really? They have a collapsed arch. . .

Shees.
