Why is that? I had Iwill KK266 and did 1.4GHz no problem, but now I can run only 1.35GHz before registry errors pop up :( I have 1Ghz T-Bird originally. Could it be ASII? I added some on the T-Bird before I put it in the motherboard.

Could be an AS issue, how do your temps look?

Also, I heard disabling API or whatever can help you OC a lot higher on the 8k7a (I haven't tried that yet)

Speeds will typically vary from board to board. Maybe you need to try 1.95v and 2.5DDR voltage?

Not really worth increasing the voltage from 1.85V to gain 50 more MHz, but I'll try disabling ACPI (I think). What does it do anyway?

definately try upping the ddr voltage a bit if you are overclocking the fsb. i haven't had a whole lot of success overclocking my crucial pc2100 while using "fast" ram timings. try isolating the cpu by running it at 11*130 (1430) or 10.5*133 (1396) just to make sure it's not something else holding you back
