Bought a game online. NO tracking system at all. NO phone numbers to call. Has not answered email question in a week or so. Insanely high shipping prices ($8.93 on one used PS2 game shipped USPS and I'm guessing it's not even priority mail). I emailed them again to cancel my order. Hopefully it'll get to them. Grrr... stupid online gaming order site!!! I spit on thee!

So anybody know if I can request my CC company to block all charges from them?

Blah! They (CC Company) can't put stop payments on a certain company because the charges haven't been run through yet. I told them to just make a note on their system concerning my situation and for me to call back when/if they charges do appear on there. Cross my fingers! buyritegames.com sucks!

I called buyritegames also and the guy said they sent me an email saying the game is out of stock (BS! I never received an email) and that my order was cancelled weeks ago (I only placed the order ONE week and a couple of days ago. Blah. Damn this company sucks!

Can I actually post a rating on them on resellerratings if my order was cancelled? General complaints or anything?

Sure why not? Give them a call. I've never had any problems disputings charges.
 
serves you right for buying from a website that can't even spell right rite.. uh.. alright? 😉
 
Oh man, wait til you deal with these guys in person! At least BB and CC employees are courteous. I haven't dealt with these guys in years, but when I did, they were all a-holes. From the manager-type to the punk high school workers. These guys were so rude it made them memorable. I kept going back because they did have the best prices on games. I didn't like them as people, but they did honor their warrenty on a used game I bought(they replaced it for free months after purchase), and they did have good prices, so if I ever buy a console again, I'll probably check their price on games. I'd never trust them to take care of me if I didn't live in the area though. They just don't give you a warm&fuzzy feeling.

EDIT: just saw their reseller rating. Please tell me you didn't check it at before ordering. Because if you did and still ordered your game, you deserve it.
 
I've been to their store in Raleigh, NC. They have the worst service imaginable, but you can (at least could back then) save some money on systems and games. The guy who owns and runs the place looks like the Comic Books Guy in The Simpsons, no BS!
 
It makes me wonder how companies like this stay in business. Shouldn't they be shut down already? If it was an interstate operation, then the FBI can get involved.
